Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances can come up. However, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave an opening that is difficult to fill.
**Cancellations & Rescheduling**
A minimum of **24 hours’ notice** is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with **less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No exceptions or waivers.**
**No-Shows**
All no-shows will be charged **100% of the scheduled service total. No exceptions or waivers.**
The outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
**Late Arrivals**
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving **15 minutes or more late** may need to reschedule to avoid affecting the clients scheduled after them.
If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, it will be considered a late cancellation and **100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.**
**Extension Appointments**
All extension hair purchases, deposits, and retainers are **non-refundable and non-transferable.** A late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show does not qualify for a refund or credit toward the cancellation fee.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including authorization for the card on file to be charged according to these terms.
